Here at Body Strength Health & Fitness we believe in health and fitness being accessible to all.

We take a personalised approach to fitness, assessing each client’s needs, abilities and and goals and then creating a program that is as unique as they are. Our personal training studio is a safe, private and personal environment.

We know that wherever you’re at in your fitness journey, whether you are just starting out or you’re an experienced trainer, commercial gyms and programs can be overwhelming and aren’t suited to everyone. We cater for people who want to get fit, exercise and improve their health – but don’t feel comfortable in a commercial gym.

Semi-Private Personal Training

Prefer to train with your friends? We offer personal training sessions for small groups, with options for groups of 2 or groups of 3+ people.

24/7 General Access

Want to train whenever you want?

We offer 24/7 access for general use, train by yourself or with your friends anytime you want.
