Resistance meets functional movements! with a combination of cardio, power, speed, plyometrics, calisthenics & resistance training.

Low Impact Functional - 45 mins

Perfect for beginners, people who are just getting back into fitness, or even experienced trainers working around injury or looking for low impact exercises.

Boxing for Fitness - 30mins/1hr

Train like a boxer! All fitness levels welcome, learn good form while getting an awesome workout!

Group Training

Get the most out of your training with a group personal training a session! Train with your friends with up to 5 people in session. Bookings essential.
